Brilliant’s team of 40+ talented professionals offer a diverse array of skills. Our experience creating theme parks, museums, cruise ships, interactive museums and other visitor attractions provides Brilliant with a unique blend of ambition, know-how, and collaborative spirit—built for solving the toughest project challenges.

  • Allen is a Partner and co-founder of Roto, a leading member of the company's management team, and responsible for the integration between Roto's closely-collaborating internal studios. As an accomplished project executive, art director and creative producer, Allen is responsible for many of Roto's largest and most ambitious projects across museum, zoo, and attraction sectors.

  • Heather brings 25 years of management experience to her role. She thrives on challenges and in pressure situations when ushering a project through its life cycle. As Brilliant’s coordination core, she leads the effort in project, resource, and financial management, while spearheading schedule and quality control.

  • Christian holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Architectural Fabrication. While studying, he began his career working for his university’s fabrication lab. He has held multiple roles over the course of 7 years which require precision work in construction and the themed entertainment industry. His background allows him to ensure that the production of machined components meet quality standards.

  • With over 20 years as a metal fabricator, Junia is one of Brilliant’s most experienced builders. Junia’s attention to quality has led him to work on a wide range of projects, including a replica of Ernest Hemingway’s famous fishing boat, Pilar, and a 50’ starship icon recently installed in Orlando. When he isn’t at work, you can catch Junia rooting for Leicester City Football Club.

  • Alec has held multiple roles across his 25 years in the themed entertainment industry – ranging from backstage theatre to construction. His deep understanding of tools, materials and process allow him to provide the most fair and accurate bid for clients.

  • Simon is an experienced project manager, providing a focus on teamwork and getting the best from those around him. With nearly a decade in the Australian fabrication, retail, and construction industries, Simon brings both practical experience and unique problem-solving skills to Brilliant’s project.

  • Steven oversees the finish quality of all work before it leaves Brilliant’s shop floor. As a former Show Production Designer for WDI and Field Art Director for Universal Creative, he has a keen eye for the standards set forth by these clients, and ensures finishes can withstand years of guest use and weather exposure.

  • Greg is responsible for all production efforts at Brilliant, overseeing our fabrication teams and key subcontractors. With over 20 years in the entertainment industry, Greg has first-hand experience as a project manager, technical director, AutoCAD draftsperson, and CNC operator. Working in partnership with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensures that Brilliant delivers on Quality and Schedule expectations. When he’s not at Brilliant, Greg brings his passion for design together with his mechanical skills to build his own model railroads.

  • Massiel holds a BFA from School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she specialized in sculpting, mold-making and fiberglass. After moving to Orlando in 2018, Massiel fused her talents and management skills to establish Brilliant’s FRP shop and now lends her expansive talents in her role of Project Manager.

  • Hector‘s focus on Quality and passion for his work is invaluable to Brilliant projects. Hector has 20 years of experience in themed fabrication, working on projects for Disney, Universal, and other industry leaders. Prior to this, Hector spent 10 years working as a furniture maker and skilled craftsman in Maryland, working for the Smithsonian and NIH.

  • Tyler leads Brilliant’s technical design team, collaborating with clients to translate creative vision into reality. A second-generation professional in this industry with more than 17 years’ experience, Tyler began his career as a welder and metal sculptor, working for the Washington National Opera, WDI, and multiple Broadway productions. In his spare time, Tyler actively participates in a local pediatric cancer charity, building set pieces for Annual fundraising events.
